Extra-Curricular Fitness
In collaboration with YOUFITT, healthy lifestyle habits are introduced via various fitness programs for both Primary and High School kids. Physical and mental health are focused on to help promote growth and good early foundations.
Ladies fitness classes are also provided to encourage mums and women in the community to get active and have some fun of their own.
The different fitness programs include:
Club Fit N' Fun
- For Ages 5-11 years
- An energetic and fun 45 min class for primary school aged kids involving age appropriate cardio, and strength activities that keep kids moving
- Fun and safe group environment taught by the professional YOUFITT Trainers
- Challenging activities that help keep kids healthy both physically and mentally

YOUFITT - For ages 12 to 17 years
YOUACTIVE
YOUFITT's core program as it provides a wholistic and engaging program involving cardio, strength and boxing components, with no two sessions the same giving variety and keeping teenagers interested in their training.
YOUSTRENGTH
A focus on developing strength based skills and teaching the fundamental techniques of strength training suitable for teenagers growth and development. Through the use of light modifiable weight, youth can push through a tough muscular endurance workout with confidence.
YOUBOXING
A fun way for youth of all skill levels to enjoy the basics of boxing while gaining a workout. Youth develop boxing technique through the use of round shields and focus pads.
YOUHEALTH
This is an online component of YOUFITT which complements the above fitness programs. YOUHEALTH provides youth access to learn how to live healthily across their mental, emotional, social, nutritional and physical selves. In every 10 week term, there is a pre and post program assessment and four educational sessions for participants to complete on their personal profile.

Ladies Fitness - For ages 18 +
A social and fun way for ladies to keep active, especially with their busy lifestyles
The one hour classes involve cardio, strength and boxing components that challenge participants and get them sweating
Fun and safe group environment taught by the professional YOUFITT Trainers
