Meet the Team

Sherry Tim

Sherry graduated with a bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology from the University of the Philippines in 2011. She began a fulfilling career in Speech Pathology, establishing a private practice in the Philippines. Simultaneously, she served as a consultant for three therapy clinics in the regional areas, specializing in speech, language, swallowing evaluations and clinical treatment in the paediatric setting. Her regional consultancy work extended to training special education teachers in implementing speech and language goals through a trans-disciplinary approach, catering to children in need of speech and language therapy.

In response to the challenges posed by the pandemic in 2020, Sherry, together with her sister who is also a Speech Pathologist, founded "The Genius Club." This innovative platform provides brain enhancement classes via Zoom, addressing the needs of both neurodivergent and neurotypical children globally who lacked access to language stimulation during the pandemic. In addition, Sherry has collaborated with JoyToy Philippines, a 60-year-old toy brand. Aside from being a clinician, Sherry contributes to the design of evidence-based learning materials that support speech and language development.

Sherry moved to Australia in 2019 and pursued her career in Sydney as a Certified Practising Member (CPSP) of Speech Pathology Australia. Her expertise involves children with speech and language difficulties, early intervention, and parent coaching. She is also a Registered Speech and Language Pathologist (RSLP) in the Philippines.
