Our new team is filled with experienced and qualified staff who are well suited to meet all different needs, from personal care to household tasks and everything in between.

We understand the importance of individualised care, so we work closely with each client to develop a personalised care plan that meets their unique goals and needs.

Our team is equipped to provide support in various areas, including but not limited to:

Personal care

Our staff are trained to assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and medication management. we prioritise dignity, respect and the promotion of independence in all aspects of personal care. 

Household tasks

We can help with light housekeeping, meal preparation and grocery shopping, ensuring that the home environment is clean, safe, and comfortable. 

Community participation

We encourage and support clients to actively engage in their communities. whether its attending social events, pursuing hobbies and interests, or accessing community resources. our staff are there to provide the necessary assistance and encouragement. 

Transportation

We understand that getting around can sometimes be a challenge, so we offer transportation services to help clients attend appointments, run errands, or simply enjoy outings in the community. 

Respite care

We also offer respite care services to provide temporary relief to primary care givers. whether it’s for a few hours or a few days, our team can step in to ensure that your loved one is well taken care of while you take time to yourself. 

SIL/ MTA/STA
